Our Legacy

VVK & Co. evolved from Ajay Verma & Associates, established in 1990. Over more than three decades, the firm has built a diverse and distinguished practice rooted in legal rigour and client-focused service.

The firm was founded by Ajay Verma, who is licensed to practise in India, the State of Louisiana (U.S.A.), and before the U.S. Federal Courts. Prior to founding the firm, he served as an Associate Attorney at a prominent Louisiana law firm, handling corporate, commercial, and maritime matters for clients including Chevron, McDermott International, and Phillips Petroleum. He subsequently served for nearly fifteen years as Senior Standing Counsel to the Delhi Development Authority.

Upon his designation as Senior Advocate, the present firm has continued the practice of Ajay Verma & Associates.

Our Partners

Ishaan Verma practises civil, property, commercial, and banking law. He was a Law Researcher to Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw at the Delhi High Court and previously specialised in recovery matters at Sanjiv Kakra & Associates, working with major banks. He is Panel Counsel for the Delhi Development Authority and appears before the High Court of Delhi, District Courts, and Tribunals.

Diviani K. Verma practises criminal and matrimonial law. She trained under senior advocate Ram Jethmalani and criminal lawyer Tanveer Ahmed Mir, and has handled a wide range of criminal matters including those under the IPC, POCSO Act, Prevention of Corruption Act, and Negotiable Instruments Act. She appears before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and District Courts.

Armaan Verma specialises in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and real estate matters. He was previously part of the Dispute Resolution team at Unity Legal, New Delhi. He has represented multinational and domestic corporations in high-value matters before arbitral tribunals and courts across India.
