The firm has its genesis in Ajay Verma & Associates, which was founded in 1990 by its Principal Attorney, Mr. Ajay Verma. He was educated in India and the U.S.A., and is licensed to practice in India and the State of Louisiana and Federal Courts of the U.S.A. He further practiced law in the U.S.A. as an Associate Attorney with a prominent Louisiana law firm and handled corporate, commercial and maritime litigation matters, many international, for substantial clients. Some of them included McDermott International, Chevron, Phillips Petroleum, Freeport McMoran, Delta Petroleum, Anschuetz GmbH, and others.

Mr. Ajay Verma was for nearly 15 years the Senior/Standing Counsel for Delhi Development Authority also represented various public corporations like State Trading Corporation of India, Cement Corporation of India, Steel Authority of India, DTC, and others.  Upon his designation as Senior Advocate, the present firm has continued the practice of Ajay Verma & Associates.
